Hallie

Hallie is the founder of Studio Noir and owner of Adorn Permanent Cosmetics. As a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, Hallie’s belief is that makeup is a very personal choice and there is no such thing as a one-size-fits all approach. She opened her first studio in San Francisco in 2015. She eventually outgrew that space so she set out to serve more clients in a larger Bay Area location with the founding of Studio Noir.
Hallie stays up-to-date on technological advancements and trends, and trains with new permanent makeup experts every quarter to provide the most well-rounded skill set possible to her clients.
Hallie is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), the largest non-profit association for this industry. SPCP members are held to the highest technical and safety standards.
Hallie offers micro-blading, powder brows, permanent eye liner, pigmentation correction for old or faded permanent makeup, lip blush, scar camouflage, and tattoo removal.
Liane

Liane has been working in the Bay Area doing permanent makeup and clinical esthetics for the last three years, specializing in microblading, powder, and hybrid techniques for eyebrows. The knowledge of these different techniques enables her to be able to achieve very natural enhancements to full-makeup looks. Liane also offers a variety of esthetic services including plasma skin tighten ing and micro needling.
